1968-1989, all year except December: Some 40 observations, not enough to draw systematic conclusions. In general the birds seen during the dry season act as if they are defending a territory, which leads one to believe they are nesting, and disappear in June. Increase in the number of observations late May, early June. In 1969, 1970 and 1988 there were captures and observations in July. Mating observed January 1969. Still no proof of breeding.
