September 2020-2: New species for Niger: Eurasian Black Vulture fitted with a transmitter in southern France!
09 Sep 2020 [JBr]A young male Eurasian Black Vulture, fitted with a satellite transmitter in the Aveyron region of southern France in Augustus 2019, was found back along the Niger-Nigeria border in December 2019! It is the first record of this species for Niger, and probably also for Nigeria.
