A very small bird, far away! The rufous helmet and the large light area around the eye are the characteristics I look for.

Those are small birds, that on a distance look uninterestingly greyish-brown. And they are usually not easy to get close to. But once you have a closer look, like this, it's visible that they have nicely colored and patterned plumage. Thanks for sharing.
