Pale belly and throat resembles flycatcher, and seems to eliminate Blackstart. Broad tawny tertial fringes perhaps more like Brown-tailed Rock Chat -? cf. Stevenson & Fanshawe, Plate 177 vs. Plate 206 & photos attributed to Brown-tailed rock chat at same location on 28th May 2019, where one bird of a pair shows brownish underparts, the other, paler underparts..
